The Christmas Ale is now almost a tradition. I brewed the Christmas beer in July and put it far away so that I could not touch it.

I opened the first bottle today and was surprised about the smooth and well tasting outcome. This is the beer which is exactly the right one to open on Christmas day eve and enjoy it. Santa is welcome to taste it too. I just moss the snow and the open fire in the chimney.

With 10.5% ABV it is suggested to dring only 1 or maximum 2 glasses because it will give you a significant buss if you try more. These 2 glasses are worth waiting the 6 month and bring you in the perfect Christmas mood.
